Police in Burlington say an Owen Sound area woman in her 20s is one of two people who have died in a collision on the QEW.
Police say four vehicles were involved in the crash shortly before 6 Tuesday morning on the eastbound QEW at Brant Street.
Reports say the two women were in the same vehicle, which crossed over into oncoming traffic colliding head-on with an oncoming car and a pickup truck.
OPP have identified Courtney Duguay of Owen Sound as the passenger in the car killed in the fatal crash. Police have identified the driver of the car as Ceara Publuske of Kitchener, who also died in the accident.
Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
