Three new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Grey Bruce Sunday (Jan 24).
Public Health says two are in Owen Sound and one is in Southgate.
With one recovery, there are 24 active cases in the region and one active probable case. Probable cases are not lab confirmed, but are symptomatic and are high-risk contacts of an active case.
The Health Unit says there are 72 High Risk Contacts associated with the region’s cases.
Two people from Grey Bruce are currently hospitalized, with one being intubated.
No one has died locally from the virus.
There are no outbreaks in schools, childcare centres or long-term care homes in Grey Bruce.
