Huronia West OPP is warning the public about a suspicious man knocking on doors in Wasaga Beach.
Police say on Tuesday, there were three separate callers who reported a man holding a clipboard, knocking on doors and asking if the vehicle in the driveway is for sale.
The suspect is described as an older man with a black/grey beard and glasses.
He was driving a white or cream SUV, possibly a Ford Edge.
There was also a similar report in Alliston on Monday, when the caller advised police that they had confronted a male in their driveway who advised he was conducting a survey in the neighborhood and left in a waiting white SUV.
That suspect is described as a white man in his 30’s, with blonde hair, and a slim build, who was wearing a turtleneck type mask, and a ‘Roots’ hoodie.
