Owen Sound Police are looking for a man in an indecent act investigation.
Police say it happened just before 4 Friday afternoon, (Jan 15) on 3rd Avenue West at 11th Street.
According to police, a sixteen-year-old girl was walking by a parked vehicle when the driver got her attention. She went over, thinking he was lost, but he asked her if she wanted a ride. The girl became concerned and said no, then the man reportedly asked for directions to the hospital.
Police say, it was at that time she looked inside the truck and saw the man committing an indecent act, at which point the girl left the area.
The suspect is described as white, 25-35 years old with short blonde hair that’s shaved on the sides, and having two-day old facial hair.
The truck he was in is described as a dark coloured Dodge Ram 1500, 4 door, with a short flatbed and a silver or grey tailgate
