House sales for the Southern Georgian Bay region totalled 270 units in December 2020.
This was a large increase of 36.4% from December 2019 and was a new sales record for the month of December.
On an annual basis, home sales totalled 5,332 units over the course of 2020.
This was an increase of 36.4% from the same period in 2019.
