A parolee who police say breached their conditions has been charged after being found with 36,400 unmarked cigarettes in Midland.
Police made the discovery during a traffic stop on King Street Tuesday.
The 52-year-old Winnipeg resident was charged with possession of unmarked cigarettes for the purpose of sale and possession of them.
The accused was taken to Central North Correctional Institute and will appear at a future court date in Penetanguishene.
