OPP officers from Collingwood/The Blue Mountains and Wasaga Beach are continuing their investigation into a home invasion in Collingwood.
Police say just before 10:00 p.m. on December 19, three men forced their way into a house on Fair Street in Collingwood by assaulting the resident.
Once inside they allegedly continued assaulting the man, tied his hands and feet and threatened him repeatedly with what appeared to be a gun.
The suspects left with an undisclosed amount of cash before police arrived.
The victim, who suffered minor injuries, was able to make his way to a neighbour’s house where police were called.
Police found two suspects in a vehicle on Cameron Street and arrested them.
Charged are a 20 year old man from Scarborough and a 43 year old Collingwood man.
Investigators continue to look for a third suspect as well as information on the Honda Civic in the photo below.
