The Ontario government says all long-term care residents and workers, in priority regions, are to be vaccinated by the third week of January.
Officials say the province is continuing the rollout of phase one of its vaccine plan by making sure that all residents, health care workers and essential caregivers at long-term care homes in Toronto, Peel, York and Windsor-Essex get a COVID-19 vaccination by January 21st.
So far, over 50,000 people, in Ontario, have received the Pfizer vaccine.
