The Knights of Meaford have shut down for the hockey season.
With a provincial lockdown in place & not able to practice as a team, the Knights executive made the decision to halt their operation in the short term
Reports indicate the Knights were very happy with the 7 week camp session conducted from early November up to the Christmas Break but the safety of the players and the community was the first priority and responsibility.
The Knights of Meaford will follow their recruitment plan in the new year and are eager to return to the Greater Metro Junior Hockey League when government and health officials deem it to be safe and appropriate.
Knights General Manager Nathan Parrish confirmed the decision to Fred Wallace
