A crash in Orillia on Boxing Day has led to impaired driving charges.
Police say they were called to a single-vehicle collision on Atherley Road just before 1am on Saturday.
An investigation ensued and the driver (59-year-old Darcy Labelle) was subsequently charged with:
- Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs
- Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 Plus)
The accused was released on a Form 9 Appearance Notice and is set to appear on January 19, 2021 at the Ontario Court of Justice, Orillia.
