A Tay Township man whose vehicle hit a rock-cut in a fiery collision is facing charges.
Friday police responded to the single-vehicle crash on Honey Harbour Road after a pickup entered the southbound ditch, struck a rock-cut and caught fire.
Two nearby motorists helped the man get out.
He’s now facing charges for impaired driving and driving while under suspension.
He was held for a future bail hearing in Midland.
