The town of the Blue Mountains is getting some more help with operating costs.
The province has announced that the town will receive $385,000 in emergency operating funds as part of the second phase of the Federal-Provincial Safe Restart Agreement.
In addition, the town will get $99,000 to help cover 2021 operational funding.
Mayor Alar Soever says in a news release, “I would like to thank the Province for its continued support. This funding is critical to the town to cover costs associated with COVID-19″.
