Eleven new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Huron and Perth counties Tuesday, with the majority in Huron.
Public Health officials say five new cases were confirmed in North Huron, along with one case each in Howick Township and Bluewater.
Two cases of the novel coronavirus were confirmed in North Perth, as well as a single case each in Perth East and Stratford.
As of Tuesday, 55 active cases remain in Huron and Perth counties, with the bulk (18) in North Perth.
Huron County currently has nineteen active COVID-19 cases, with the most in Morris-Turnberry (8), followed by North Huron (5).
