The County of Huron has posted another challenge for innovators to solve, for a chance at $2,020.
The county’s AgPrize 2020 competition asks Canadian residents to solve issues faced in the region’s agri-food sector.
For the latest challenge, the county is asking to help farmers avoid the use of non-reusable bunker covers to store their feed in.
Two AgPrizes were awarded in September, and we enjoyed presentations from both sets of winners at the Municipal Agriculture Economic Development & Planning Forum in November.
All submissions must propose a technically feasible, economically viable solution to the chosen challenge question.
Winning submissions for each category will be eligible for a prize of up to $2,020.
