Another 17 cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Huron and Perth counties.
Health officials say three of the new cases were reported in South Huron, while one case was confirmed in Howick Township.
The news brings the number of active cases in the two counties to 54, with only three in hospital.
A case earlier reported as confirmed at F.E. Madill Secondary School in Wingham has now been deemed a probable case, and removed from the Avon Maitland District School Board’s “COVID-19 Information and Advisory” page.
