Fifteen new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Huron and Perth counties.
Six of the new cases were confirmed in North Perth, along with four in Stratford, two in Central Huron, and one in South Huron.
Huron Perth Public Health says another resident of the Cedarcroft Place Retirement Home in Stratford died, bringing the deathtoll at the facility to twelve.
As of Monday, there were 52 active cases of COVID-19 in Huron and Perth.
The outbreak status continues for Northside Christian School and the school remains closed to all staff and students.
HPPH has decided to extend the closure of the school until at least December 11th.
Health officials confirmed cases at Goderich District Collegiate Institute and Anne Hathaway Elementary School last week, and any affected students have been instructed to isolate.
There are 4 confirmed cases at St. Marys Catholic school in Listowel.
Three cohorts have been dismissed. HPPH staff are continuing their investigation and are following up with close contacts.
