Springwater fire crews are still battling a large barn fire.
They were called to the property on Flos Road 5 W, between Crossland Road and Vigo Road, just after 11 o’clock last night.
Chief Jeff Kirk says the blaze is still going.
Chief Kirk says some farm equipement has been destroyed too.
He says a very rough estimate of the cost of damage is well over two hundred thousand dollars.
Kirk adds that there is a nearby ban with 50 to 60 sheep inside and all of the animals are safe.
There are no human injuries either.
Fire Chief Kirk says they may not know the cause of the fire because of the extent of damage.
The fire department asks you to avoid the area as they will likely be on scene all day.
