Police have charged a 24-year-old Whitchurch-Stouffville resident in connection to a fatal crash in the Blue Mountains.
It happened at 11 pm September 3rd on Grey Road 19 near Craigmore Crescent when an Audi sedan left the road and collided with a tree.
Two passengers died in the crash.
The driver, who was airlifted to a Toronto area hospital with serious injuries following the collision, has now been charged with two counts of dangerous operation causing death, two counts of impaired operation causing death – Over 80 and driving while under suspension.
He’s to appear in Owen Sound court January 14th to face the charges.
