An arrest has been made in connection with an alleged parental abduction, after a Barrie father reported that he could not get a hold of his ex wife and 8-year-old son.
The investigation began in September and police say the woman had taken the child to Europe, violating a court ordered custody agreement.
A 37 year old woman, formerly of Bradford, was taken into custody at Pearson Airport on Wednesday, when police returned the boy to his father.
