The same suspect arrested in a poppy theft investigation in Midland, is now facing charges in connection with another incident.
Police say the 46 year old Tay Township man is also believed to be responsible for taking a poppy cash donation box from a restaurant on County Road 93 on Tuesday.
The accused is charged with theft, possession of property obtained by crime, as well as failing to comply with an undertaking and probation order.
