The town of Collingwood has launched a new marketing campaign for the times we live in.
The Go Get Out campaign plays off the Ontario government’s direction to stay home by urging people to get out in Collingwood in several different ways: on the land, on the water, at the shops and for food and drink.
The Town’s Director of Marketing and Business Development, Martin Rydlo, says “We’re encouraging locals to support businesses that are already set up to operate safely during COVID.
He adds, “The Get Out aspect is a bit mischievous, granted, but sometimes that helps a message to resonate”.
The new campaign will include a number of social media posts with the hashtag GetOutCollingwood
