OPP have arrested a suspect wanted for recent robbery incidents in Orillia, Gravenhurst and Coboconk, some of which involved a taser.
The incidents occurred Sunday and Monday at convenience stores and bank ATMS.
In all four incidents, a newer white four-door Sedan was seen in the immediate area and is believed to have been operated by the suspect.
This morning at 10:50 am, OPP arrested the suspect on Highway 12, near Concession 10 in Ramara.
Orillia OPP, along with York Regional Police, identified him earlier in the day and were actively searching for him at the time.
The investigation continues.
Police would like to thank the concerned members of the public that helped ID the suspect, which then led to his arrest.
More details are expected to be released later.
