Three Springwater and two Barrie residents face drug and firearm charges following a recent police search at a residence.
Thursday OPP executed an early morning search warrant in Springwater Township.
Police seized two illegal firearms inside the home, including a loaded handgun.
500 grams of cocaine and 7,000 Percocet pills were also seized. The street value of the drugs is $75,000. A large amount of Canadian money and illegal marijuana products were also seized.
Three men from Springwater and two women from Barrie, all in their 20’s, have been charged with numerous firearm and drug trafficking offences.
The three men were held for bail court in Barrie.
