United Way of Perth-Huron
Applications are being accepted for a second round of funding through the United Way of Perth-Huron’s Emergency Community Support Fund.
The ECSF provides financial support to charities and other qualified donees providing frontline services to support vulnerable Canadians during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This includes frontline services for low-income seniors, women, children and youth, persons with disabilities, members of the LGBTQ2S+ community, refugees, Indigenous peoples, members of racialized communities and more.
Types of services and activities eligible for funding include but are not limited to preparing and delivering meals and/or food hampers, mental health and wellness support, access to safe transportation for essential appointments and errands, community outreach and engagement and developing and/or delivering new programs, services or delivery models due to the pandemic.
