Public Health says three cases of COVID-19 were reported Sunday in Grey Bruce.
Those cases are in Grey Highlands. Public Health has issued a statement about these cases, as they are in children who attend Osprey Central School. Medical Officer of Health Dr. Ian Arra notes, the children are from the same household and contracted the virus in the community, not in the school.
Meanwhile, there are currently eight confirmed active cases in Grey Bruce.
There have been 164 confirmed cases in the region to date.
Public Health says there is one preliminary positive case. It if confirmed as positive, it will be added to totals.
No one has died locally from the virus.
Public Health says there are no outbreaks in schools, daycares, long-term care homes or retirement homes in Grey Bruce.
