An early morning fire in Wasaga Beach is under investigation.
It broke out on Meadow Lane around 4 am, causing extensive damage to half of the home.
Officials say one female occupant was able to escape without injury, thanks to working smoke alarms.
Around 4am WBFD responded to a structure fire on Meadow Lane. Extensive damage to 50% of the home. A female escaped without injury. The smoke alarms were working. FFs stopped the fire from spreading to attached homes. Investigation will occur this morning to determine cause.
