Charges have been laid in connection with a fatal hit and run in Springwater.
Police say 29 year old Venessa Murphy from Clearview Township was struck and killed, along with her dog on Bayfield Street, just north of Barrie on September 15th.
As a result of the investigation, a 22 year old Barrie man (Kraig Robertson) has been arrested for failing to stop after an accident resulting in death and appeared in court for a bail hearing yesterday.
