Public Health Grey Bruce is reporting one new case of COVID-19 in Grey Bruce Monday (October 5th). That case is in Meaford.
The Health Unit says there are six confirmed active cases at the moment.
There have been 149 cases to date.
One case is currently hospitalized. No one has died locally from the virus.
Over the course of the pandemic, there have been 30 cases reported in Health Care Workers working in Grey Bruce.
One long-term care home, Errinrung in Thornbury has a declared outbreak. There are no outbreaks in schools or daycares in Grey Bruce.
