Charges have been laid, after a tab went unpaid at a Goderich hotel.
OPP were called about a customer who failed to pay an outstanding tab for a three-night stay, along with other charges billed to the room.
Police say the customer attempted to their his bill with a credit card, but left when the transaction did not complete.
The accused was arrested days later, without incident.
A 44 year old man of no fixed address has been charged with food and lodging fraud, and failure to comply with a probation order.
