A 22-year-old Gravenhurst man faces charges after tips about an erratic driver came in from the public.
Sunday police received tips about a driver on Highway 11 and caught up with the vehicle in a north end Orillia driveway around 5:30 pm.
The accused is charged with impaired driving, Over 80, dangerous operation, obstructing police, driving with liquor readily available and failing to provide insurance
He has a November 24th court date scheduled in Orillia.
