The Collingwood Blues of the Ontario Junior Hockey League have proposed hosting a 6-team tournament in November.
The proposal would see the tournament conducted at the Eddie Bush Memorial Arena with the participating clubs enclosed in a ” bubble ” format, similar to the one utilized by the National Hockey League in Toronto & Edmonton.
