OPP are reporting a fatal crash near Tara.
They say it happened at about 5:45 Saturday evening at Bruce Road 10 and Concession 6.
OPP say upon arrival, first responders located a heavily damaged mini-van in the west ditch that had come to rest on its roof. The driver and lone occupant was pronounced deceased at the scene.
He has been identified as 54-year-old Robert Thomson of Chatsworth.
Police say a post-mortem examination will be conducted.
They say anyone with information regarding this crash should immediately contact South Bruce OPP.
