COVID 19 has forced many organizations to alter their operations in order to continue.
One example is the Owen Sound Aquatic Club who were displaced from their home pool and took to the natural surroundings in Grey County to continue swimming and training.
With their local facility at the YMCA of Grey Bruce closed through the Spring & Summer, the Aquatic Club utilized Francis Lake along with the shorelines at Sarawak and Leith for a variety of sessions.
Fred Wallace spoke to Owen Sound Aquatic Club Coach Ken Fitzpatrick about the unique measures taken and the level of success they found with their outdoor activities.
