Two Huron County residents have been charged, following an investigation involving counterfeit money.
Huron OPP say they received reports of counterfeit $100 bills being circulated at various businesses in Exeter.
According to reports, a probe led to two individuals who used the forged bills at three businesses, and police learned one of the suspects was responsible for creating the phony money.
A 27 year old Exeter woman, and 30 year old Huron East man has been charged with possessing counterfeit money.
