The Canadian Armed Forces Housing Agency has announced the construction of the first new residential housing project in decades at CFB Borden.
David Thompson, the chief executive officer for CFHA, says the 4 million dollar project includes 2 buildings with half a dozen 2-bedroom apartments in each.
The 800 sq foot units will be equipped with occupancy sensors and individual controls to reduce the use of the heating and cooling systems.
