One of the areas biggest fundraising events has had to change due to the pandemic like so many others.
The Hike for Bethell Hospice this year has had to cancel the in-person walk that was scheduled for Sunday September 13th.
They will be holding a completely virtual hike event to continue the tradition and raise the vital funds needed to ensure the ongoing operation of the hospice.
Participants will be able to choose any activity they want to, to replace the traditional Caledon Trailway hike, such as walking the dog, or an online fitness class.
The memory board will be available online and submissions can be made to the hospice through email: events@bethellhospice.org.
There will be an opening ceremony on September 13th at 10 am on the Bethell Hospice Foundation Facebook page.
