The Ontario Amateur Softball Association will be conducting the Under 14 Provincial Championships this weekend (August 29th & 30th ) at Tara and at Allenford.
There will be two separate tournaments conducted, one in each community in order to eliminate excessive proximity or contact among the participating teams.
At Tara, the host MacDonnell Fuels Twins will compete against Drumbo, the Elmira Heat and the New Hamburg Majors.
Meanwhile in Allenford, the host Nickason Construction Twins will battle with the Baden Wilmot Minors, the St George Spartans and the Durham Chiefs.
Play starts Saturday morning at 9 am at both ball parks and runs through the respective Championship games Sunday afternoon at 2:30 pm
