There is only one weekend left for the Mariposa House Hospice Virtual Golf Tournament.
Over 130 golfers have participated in the month-long golf tournament to support the new residential hospice at 1140 Brodie Drive.
The virtual event allows players to choose their own golf course and date to play!
Mariposa House Hospice will open 5 end-of-life palliative care beds later this year to serve the North Simcoe communities of Orillia, Severn, Oro-Medonte, Ramara, and Chippewas of Rama First Nation.
The event wraps up on Monday August 31 and the organizing committee is hoping to reach its goal of $7500 raised for the hospice operating fund.
There are a variety of prizes available, as well as discounts at local golf courses for those registered in the tournament.
