The OPP marine unit has laid charges, following a complaint on Georgian Bay.
Police say on August 14th a paddleboarder was circled by two Seadoo’s on the Bay causing her to capsize.
A description was obtained and police say both suspects were located on shore in a separate incident involving stolen licence plates.
