The Town of Gravenhurst is re-opening the application process for the Community Improvement Plan (CIP).
The program has extended the deadline to submit applications to September 30, 2020, in lieu of delays associated with Covid-19.
This program is intended to support businesses and property owners throughout the downtown core that are looking to make improvements to their buildings.
The grant program will fund up to 50% of eligible projects to a maximum of $15,000 per property.

*Those who submitted an application early this year during the initial intake, are still eligible and are not required to resubmit.

To further support our local businesses, Council has also approved the extension of deadlines to October 31st, 2020 to provide additional time to complete projects approved for the CIP Grant in 2019.
