Hanover police have arrested and charged a 23 year old man who recently moved to town for kicking in a glass door to a store.
Police say they were responding to another call when they saw the man kick the glass door in.
Police arrested him and charged him with mischief under $5,000.
According to Hanover police Chief Chris Knoll, the man was high on meth at the time.
