A 43-year-old Whitby resident faces an assault charge after an incident this week in Whitestone Township.
Tuesday shortly after 1:30 pm OPP responded to a domestic assault call on Chimo Cove.
The Whitby resident was arrested and charged with assault.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Parry Sound court on September 17th.
The OPP isn’t releasing the name of the accused in order to protect the identity of the victim.
