Three people are facing charges after an early morning gunpoint robbery at a gas station in Caledon.
OPP from both the Caledon and Dufferin detachments were called after two of the suspects went into the gas station at Airport Road and Highway 9 just after 6 am Friday August 14th.
An employee was confronted by the suspects, armed with a knife and a firearm, and they fled on foot with cash and alcohol.
Police then received further information that they had fled in a black sedan, which officers were able to track down.
A 19 year old, a 26 year old, and a 29 year old – all from Toronto – are facing numerous charges.
Caledon OPP would like to thank the members of the community for their assistance in this investigation, which led to a prompt arrest of the suspects.
