
A Brampton driver has been charged after a single vehicle crash in Caledon.
Monday August 10th, just before 7 pm, officers were called after a vehicle went into the ditch on King Street just west of Kennedy Road.
The driver of the vehicle was still in the car and appeared disoriented and showed signs of being impaired.
The driver refused several demands to have a breath test done.
The 37 year old has been charged with operation while impaired, refusal of a breath test and driving while suspended – they also did not have insurance.
