OPP are reporting a fatal collision in Tara Tuesday evening.
Police say they were called just after 7:30 p.m. with a report of a two vehicle collision at the intersection of Bruce County Road 10 and Concession 6 in Tara.
OPP, the Tara Fire Department and Bruce County EMS responded to find a transport truck and a passenger vehicle involved in the crash.
According to police, the driver of the vehicle was extricated from it by firefighters and airlifted to a London hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police say, the passenger of the vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene and their identity is being withheld pending next-of-kin notification.
OPP note, the driver of the transport didn't report any injuries at the scene.
Bruce County Road 10 was closed until this morning.
Members of the OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigation (TTCI) unit are assisting the South Bruce OPP with this incident.
