A 35-year-old Barrie man faces an impaired by alcohol and drugs charge in Innisfil.
On Saturday at 12:19 pm, South Simcoe Police responded after getting a report about a man slumped over the steering wheel of a parked vehicle.
The vehicle was parked in the 25th Sideroad and 9th Line area.
The man’s licence was also suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for seven.
He was released with a future court date.
