Windsor-Essex finally gets to Stage 3 on Wednesday.
Today Premier Doug Ford said the area could enter the reopening stage due to lower cases.
“As all of Ontario now moves into Stage 3 let’s continue to stay on our guard against Covid-19,” said Ford.
Ford says we can all do this by listening to public health advice.
He also urged people to download the Covid-19 alert app.
