OPP have arrested a 43-year-old Orillia man they say fled a recent attempted traffic stop.
On Aug 4th OPP tried to stop a vehicle in Gravenhurst but it took off, striking an officer.
The vehicle was found on Campfire Point Road, but police say Joshua Thompson remained outstanding
Now arrested, he faces charges, including flight from police, dangerous operation of a vehicle, assaulting a peace officer, failure to remain after an accident and operating a vehicle without a license.
Two others in the case are already facing charges.
Thompson is set to appear in court today in Bracebridge for a bail hearing.
