Dufferin OPP say two dedicated traffic officers in Mono have laid charges against two dozen drivers for going well over the speed limit.
Between July 1st and 25th, 24 drivers were stopped and charged for stunt driving, or going 50 over the speed limit.
Police say local residents are not among those being caught, in fact only two drivers actually reside in Dufferin County and none reside in Mono.
The average speed of these drivers was 140km/h with the fastest driver being locked in radar at 188km/h.
The majority of these stunt driving offences took place on Highway 10 and Airport Road, but one stunt driver was apprehended on Mono Centre Road.
