The Shelburne Splash Pad slated for Greenwood Park, now has its own website.
The website – www.shelburnesplashpad.com – has the design details, upcoming fundraising events, an online donation link and more information about how to be a sponsor.
So far $70,000 of the $300,000 required to build it has been raised.
Organizers hope to have the splash pad up and running by summer of 2022.
Donors and sponsors so far include the Rotary Club, Shelburne Family Chiropractic, Alirus Design and more to come.
One fundraising event, a bottle drive at Shelburne Familly Chiropractic, is being held August 3 to August 8.
You’re encouraged to drop off your bottles to help raise money for the splash pad.
Thursday September 10 the EDC and Rotary Golf Tournament will be held at the Shelburne Golf and Country Club to raise money.
